Here is a piece that I finished tonight called, Entwined. This is the 3rd piece in a ribbon series that I've been doing. I actually had this little diddy in my head for quite sometime, so I'm glad to finally have it out now and as a solid entity. :)

The images with ribbons seem to have a very strong sexual feel to them, almost a "bondage" type feel. When compared to the innocence of most of your other pieces, they stand out as more "mature" themed. When displaying this piece, do you feel it would sit with the rest of your recent works, or would you create more with this feel to display along side it?
This piece in particular strikes me as very sublime in a way, due to the almost pained look in the girl's eyes who has the ribbons coming out of, or going into, her mouth. I find I can barely look away from this piece! Very captivating!
Thanks Jill! Well, this is the 3rd in the "Red Ribbon" series, and I do agree that they have a bit more of a mature feel to them. I don't mean for them to have a sexual feel when I am first creating them, but something about the use of the ribbons does spark some sexual fire in them, perhaps. :)
